At KRAFTVÆRK we give you training where we ensure you get the most out of every rep!
The exercises can be scaled up or down to every person enrolled, so it’s not that important what current form you are in.
You do not need to “train up” before you start at KRAFTVÆRK as many have previously thought. That said, it is a requirement that you do not have current injuries or conditions that may affect your health or performance while training. Our training is known for being challenging mentally. We give you the tools to win over your mental barriers and help you get to the next level in your training.
Our trainers have a long list of qualifications and have felt the training first hand, which is also something we feel is of utmost importance. We stress the need for our trainers to be constantly up-to-date with new research and know-how so this can be applied to the training.
We recommend that you choose our classes in line with your goals. Our current classes span CrossFit, Obstacle Course Racing, Boot Camp and Mobility. You can also train as you wish on your own within our opening hours.
